    Protein Summary

    This is a putative acetyltransferase of GNAT family.  It shares sequences and structure similarity with members of the NAT family from SCOP, including Serotonin N-Acetyltranferase Complexed With A Bisubstrate Analog (PDB code: 1cjw), yeast GNA1 (PDB code: 1i21), and a putative acetyltransferase (NP_638301.1) from Xanthomonas campestris (PDB code: 2ozh).
