    Protein Summary

    Gene Exig_1688 from Exiguobacterium sp. 255-15 encodes the protein YP_001814158. It is related to a second SnoaL-like family of Pfam (not publicly available yet) which is also part of the NTF2 clan.
     

    SCOP classifies 3ksp in the NTF-2 like superfamily, ketosteroid isomerase like family. The 3ksp monomer structure resembles a hotdog fold, with a helix lying in the beta-sheet.
