    Protein Summary

    Pfam update; this protein is reassigned to  PF07366.   5 SnoaL CL0051 along with other structures.

     

    NP_639274.1 encodes a protein with 129 residues from XANTHOMONAS CAMPESTRIS.  NCBI sequence alignment indicates that this target should belong to the NTF2_like superfamily without any further function annotation other than hypothetic protein. Based on the searching results from SSM, this protein should be a structure homolog to KETOSTEROID ISOMERASE.  The interface interaction suggests that the biomolecule of YP_050331.1 be a dimer.
