    The ydfN gene from Bacillus subtilis encodes a putative nitroreductase (PF00881, COG0778) that adopts an FMN-dependent reductase-like fold and shows strong similarity to other homologs with structures determined by structural genomics (e.g. PDB id: 2B67, FATCAT P-value 5.66e-15).
