    Gene Reut_B4987 from Ralstonia eutropha jmp134 codes for the YP_299179 protein showing 5 detectable copies of the BNR (bacterial neuraminidase repeat)/Asp-box repeat (PF02012) from Pfam: 83-94, 140-151, 201-212, 315-326, and 365-376.  Residues 81-374 hit with the COG4447: Uncharacterized protein related to plant photosystem II stability/assembly factor using CD-Search. BNR motifs are found in many glycosyl hydrolases.

    Pre-SCOP classifies 3b7f in the all beta class, 7-bladed beta-propeller fold, oligoxyloglucan reducing end-specific cellobiohydrolase (super)family. DALI top hits are with the xyloglucan hydrolase PDB:2cn3 (Z=29), the oligoxyloglucan PDB:2ebs (Z=28) and the xyloglucanase PDB:3a0f (Z=27). It is structurally similar to all of the chains of PDB:1jof (Z=26), PDB:1sqj (Z=28), and PDB:2ebs.  However, none of the active site residues from either 1sqj or 2ebs are conserved in 3b7f. His148 from 1jofA can be aligned to His169 from this structure using Dali or VAST.  However, this is not enough conservation to suggest that 1jof and 3b7f have the same function.
