    Protein Summary

    The TM0574 gene of Thermotoga maritima encodes an S-adenosylmethionine:tRNA ribosyltransferase-isomerase (QueA; Pfam02547). The structure is made of a large alpha/beta/alpha domain with a small inserted beta-barrel domain. This structure defines the novel QueA-like fold (SCOP sunid:111336).
