    Pfam family PFAM:PF09185 {Domain of unknown function (DUF1948)} with 2 members in NR database. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:1q8c) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that yielded no results, thus suggesting that it is a novel fold. Based on sequence and structure analysis/ original paper one can hypothesize that this family is MG027 is a member of the NusB family which plays a role in antitermination processes
