    Pfam family PFAM:PF09149 {Domain of unknown function (DUF1935) } with 120 members in NR database. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:1r75) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1l4ia2 classified as SMP-1-like fold. (Note: new fold solved by PSI). However, this partial similarity is not sufficient for fold assignment. Thus it is a novel fold.
