    Pfam family PFAM:PF09082 {Domain of unknown function (DUF1922)} with 3 members in NR database and additional 1 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Archaea. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:1gh9) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1dxga_ classified as Rubredoxin-like fold. However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected.
