    Summary

Pfam family PFAM:PF07045 {Protein of unknown function (DUF1330)} with 2550 members in NR database and additional 2390 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Archaea, Bacteria, and Eukaryota. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2fiu) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1tr0a_ classified as Ferredoxin-like fold. Profile-profile methods confirm remote homology between this family and superfamily of Dimeric alpha+beta barrel; ferredoxin-like fold.
