    Pfam family PFAM:PF06304 {Protein of unknown function (DUF1048) } with 29 members in NR database. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2hh6) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1gpja1 classified as Glutamyl tRNA-reductase dimerization domain fold. (Note: additional/lacking secondary structure elements). However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected.
