    Pfam family PFAM:PF06267 {Family of unknown function (DUF1028) } with 409 members in NR database and additional 350 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Archaea, and Bacteria. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2imh) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1e94a_ classified as Ntn hydrolase-like fold. (Note: additional/lacking secondary structure elements). Based on prediction by HHpred (confirmed by the structure) links it to PF01112 that has Ntn hydrolase-like fold one can argue that this family is remotely homologous to previously known structures from 'd1e94a_' this fold.
