    Pfam family PFAM:PF06108 {Protein of unknown function (DUF952) } with 671 members in NR database and additional 570 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Archaea, Bacteria, and Eukaryota. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2o0p) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1s5da_ classified as ADP-ribosylation fold. (Note: additional/lacking secondary structure elements). Based on prediction by HHpred (confirmed by the structure) links it to PF01885 that has ADP-ribosylation fold one can argue that this family is remotely homologous to previously known structures from 'd1s5da_' this fold.
