    Pfam family PFAM:PF04237 {Protein of unknown function (DUF419) } with 266 members in NR database and additional 90 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Bacteria. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2a1v) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1s28a_ classified as Secretion chaperone-like fold. However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected.
