    Summary

Pfam family PFAM:PF04222 {Protein of unknown function, DUF} with 107 members in NR database and additional 18 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Bacteria. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2q9r) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1h2sa_ classified as N-terminal domain of adenylylcyclase associated protein, CAP fold. However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected.
