    Summary

    Pfam family PFAM:PF04010 {Protein of unknown function (DUF357) } with 116 members in NR database and additional 67 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Archaea. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2oo2) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1dkza1 classified as Immunoglobulin/albumin-binding domain-like fold. However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected.
