    Summary

    Thioredoxin-like fold protein (based on DALI search of 3IRA), a DsbH homolog with the typical conserved cysteine pair of Thioredoxins (CXWC motif). Thioredoxins catalyze the formation and/or isomerization of disulfide bonds and members of this family are possibly involved in peptide and cell wall modification or antibiotic resistence. [Ref]. This DUF was renamed to Thioredox_DsbH.

    ## This reference is about 2ju5, which is (per PFAM) a memeber another family in the Thioredoxin clan (Thioredoxin_7) not PF03190. They are undoubtedly homologous, but with such a distant homology (17% seq id), I'm wondering if the naming this family after a protein from another family is a good thing
